Seiko 8305-1010

Just received a Seiko 8305-1010. It has a 8305B movement.
Its missing a stem, hands and a movement spacer.
Biggest headache will be the stem.

Wondering if any expert can advise which other alternative stem can be use with this movement ?

I did a google, some said the 6105 stem is the closest ?
I think i can still buy them on the ebay, but i wish to seek some expert view before going this route.

I am able to source the following stem locally thru my watchguy.
Any input appreciate.
