Today I bought almost the same watch, the only diference it's mine doesnt have the word citizen in the dial, instead of, it have the word Commando , the crown is signed as ctz, also the back and the machine is signed as citizen.

Some one can help me to define if it's a "special model" a replica or what?

I have one from the same era, same movement but different style blue dial. (anyone know why the top line number on mine ends with 'TA' and not 'Y' and why it does not have the model/case part number on the back?)

 

Note that this model does not have Parawater on the back. Slightly off topic, but does anyone know what depth parawater watches were water resistant to?

that cosmotron looks perfect. its hard to believe it's over 40 years old. vey nice.

Maybe it was a special series like the Walter Wolf chronograph.

I think that parawater sign means 3 bar or 30 meter water-resistant.

 

Hello, I've just bought the same watch today and I need some help. I shaked it so it would start working and it did, only for a few seconds. I changed it's batery and it still does the same thing, I shake it, it works for 5-15 seconds and then ot stops. Any advice would be welcomed since this is my first vintage watch.
