7T34 Movement swap help please

Hi all I'm attempting to put a new movement in my 7T34 Flightmaster. Where does the small brass dial washer go please - on top or under the dial as the hole seems very small. Thanks

I have looked at the tech sheet and washer goes under dial on the date sub dial.
