Wearing my "The Other Arnie" I love this watch. Was sold as NOS, and it it certainly was and is. It's mint. I've had it now for a month or two. Paid over 500 USD for it and it was worth every penny. It's fitted on it's original GL831. I recently bought after market shrouds on the suggestion from a fellow forumer for my 3 Arnies. The two H558- are out getting fitted with Jack at IWW, but I decided to wait and see how I like the shrouds installed before I put it on this H601 Arnie. The GL831 strap is perfection. I would buy a box of them if I could find them. :)

New Tsunami (as in number 2) or just a slight mod done to the existing one, Dave? Looks neat, bro! I like it.

CHRIS

Haha, same one, just accessorizing. Trying it out for size.
I'll go back to classic black insert, but I do like the triple grip bezel and tropic strap. :)

Hows yours? Has it dominated wrist time like mine has? I wear it almost daily.
I've got new gshocks, and wearing both, swapping around. hehe. I'm nuts.
Cheers, Dave.

Mine is doing superb! It's getting roughly half my wrist time. The other half is being dominated by a classic aqualand that I bought on ebay under advise of my good buddie Neilo, and it was sent to Citizen repair center here in Sao Paulo upon arrival. Picked it up last friday. Full SPA treatment: complete gaskets replacement, 3 batts replacement, new OEM strap, full cleaning.

What's special with this aqualand piece? Well, for starters, it's a classic version with the CO22 caliber. It's Titanium made with OEM PVD treatment. It has golden accents on the bezel, crown, around the markers on the dial, pushers and buckle of strap.

It's absolutely rare and gorgeous, and what's best: it's like NOS condition. Fully water sealed and tested at the Citizen facility.

I can't wait to post pics, but the wife borrowed the camera. As soon as I have it back I'll proceed to pics.

So it's been roughly 1 day Tsunami, 1 day aqualand classic Ti pvd.

Hehe, I don't blame you for the on/off between the two. I'd love to find one of those classic aqualands myself. But this Neilo-aqualand king dude has bought them all. LOL. Gotta love the Neilo. Hey Neilo, if your reading this, can you spare one of them classics my way up in Canada? LOL
Can't wait to see yours Chris. I do love those, I'll have to hunt one day some day. I also fallen for your St Moritz too. Very nice. ;)

Here's another view at the new bezel.

Dave, the ST. Moritz is in your neighboorhood, bro. It's a canadian brand called ST. MORITZ / MOMENTUM watches. Do an internet search and I'm sure you will find a store locator in Canada.

As for the aqualand classic, maybe one exactly like mine can make its way to you. PM is about to be sent, brother! Check it out....
