Just got my 1997 Seiko Leganza Diver titanium AGS back from a friend who converted this 'kinetic' watch to a regular battery watch. No need for exotic toothbrush chargers!
The watch has a 5M23 movement. The rotor was removed and a normal battery installed. Now it sits on the wrist enjoying being admired! dial on rail good by blingmeister, on Flickr
I am wearing my Pulsar auto with PR and 24 hour display. That 24 hour display ring around the dial could not be rotated by hand, but it spins with the hour hand. A rather handy way to tell what time it is in 24 hour format.
This Pulsar came with a bracelet with deployant buckle that is solid, yet heavy. I recently replaced it with a strap with denim cloth top and leather bottom. Quite comfortable to wear, and looks good. It is cheap too.
