Starting this off with Seiko's most accurate vintage quartz: Twin Quartz Superior.

Annual rate is ±5 sec per year. That's 99.99998% accuracy.
I always think that means it is actually ±2.5 sec per year because we reset our watches twice a year when the clocks change.

Sandoz (Singapore) Explorer
The Sandoz chemicals family (Swiss) licensed their name to several firms when they exited the watch business which was more a sideline for their family members. One is in Hong Kong and another is in Singapore. Both use(ed) ETA movements and the Singapore are noted for the better materials such as sapphire crystals, thicker bracelets, etc. This one has a 2824-2 inside.
