Winder needed to suit a Casio Md-703-1av Dive Watch

My Vintage Casio Md-703-1av Dive Watch is in desperate need of a new winder and because it is an old and no longer manufactured model does not have available spare parts from Casio or other watch shops.

If anybody can help me to obtain a new winder it would be greatly appreciated.

With the caveats that

I dont know this model (my Casio knowledge is limited to my calculator watch)
I'm not sure what you mean by a "winder" since I understand a "winder" to be a machine where one puts an automatic watch to keep it running
I searched to learn a little about your watch and of possible fixes:

it uses a Casio Module 394
Running watches with Casio Module 394 can be picked up for as little as $20 USD before shipping, taxes, etc
