A friend is looking for a person who can service this watch. Per his say reset function and minute counter are defective....

Help appreciated !!

I can recommend Rich Askham, he did a full service and refurb on my Jaquet Droz chronometer at a very reasonable price. :cool: (assuming that it is mechanical)
edit:- Just realised that it is a quartz watch, so sadly Rich is not the man for this. :(

I had a Citizen quartz chronograph that was running fine, but I couldn't reset the chrono portion. Putting in a new battery fixed it. Just wondering if he tried that already.

Also don't forget to reset the movement by shorting out the terminal through the hole marked + Reset to the battery with a pair of tweezers. This will often fix a quartz chronometer that is not behaving.

Spencer's name came to my mind too but was not sure whether he services Quartz watches.... I will talk to him :)
