"UNIDIRECTIONAL ROTATING BEZEL WITH ARABIC MARKERS, CLICKS, WABIS"

I see this term in watch descriptions but don't know what it means ...does it refer to scratches ?

The Term WABIS............

It means that it has .......... " Seen its days ", like many of us.
WABIS, Head.............. Balded.
WABIS Hair ............... Grayed.
WABIS Anatomy...................... Bodies are wrinkled, change of color, all crooked up,
Painful all over, very slow moving , etc.
WABIS ...................... Teeth. been replaced , Hair fallen off, Lost of memory, etc.

Yes it is used by many Japanese people here to and abroad.
Referring to a Human, hello .............. " WABIS SAN ".
English version is this : All ......... " Buggered Up ".
Over all character, not likely to be like before when ...... " New or Younger ".

Have you ever noticed that many Japanese models intentionally have very imperfect teeth? That's wabi. Well, and also Cindy Crawford's mole.
