Is that a code for aftermarket parts? The bezel and dial look a bit too good for a watch from (I'm guessing) the sixties. I have only seen watches with that colour dial with a tachymetre on the bezel and different hands.

Ah man......another '6139' but not.

You have asked so we have to say right? So.....

It is a 6139, but the exact model it used to be is a little unclear. That case is used in the 6010/6012 models.

Your watch has been 'modified' and made from a few different parts. I would expect that the caseback didn't match so it was all polished off except the serial number.

The hands are aftermarket versions.
The dial...aftermarket I would have thought.
The inner chapter ring....no idea what that has come from.

But if you enjoy wearing your watch then none of this matters ;) as you can see on similar post....many of us have a bit of a 'problem' ;)
