what are the differences, if any, between the 6139 -6010, -6011 and -6012 references?

perusing the 'Bay, I see what are seemingly the same watch with the different references. is it just a release date thing? a country of origin thing? TIA

They are all basically the same watch. The last digit just indicates the market in which it was sold.

That was my understanding. Still the 6139A movt w/ 17J, same case, a variety of dials and day wheel options.

^^^^ Yes, I have a -6010, -6019, and -6015 (in order below). All blue dials. I never quite understood how Seiko distributed these.

Is the gold plated variant only exist in 6015?
I’ve seen recently these goes for quite a bit of money on eBay
