You should post in the classifieds if you are looking for parts. Alternatively you can send to a skilled watchsmith for the repairs. If you're skilled enough to do it yourself there are plenty of Bells and associated parts on ebay.

:welcome: to SCWF, ulysse! It would be a big help if you shared the model number from the caseback as well as the dial number (you will find it at the bottom of the dial).

I am not a good photographer, at the bottom of the dial is marked 7000T 4006 AD, on the back is marked 4006-6060.
I would change the dial and put a second hand.
