Like most of you, my collection is mostly Japanese, but I broke the mould and bought myself my first big name Swiss watch for a major birthday next month. It just arrived and I'm smitten, and now I'm curious, all you Japanophiles, what are the Swiss beauties you keep in your case full of Seikos? Let's see 'em!

Unboxing my Omega 2498.80.00 from 1999

What a beauty! Looks great. That's one of the most beautiful vintage non-chronograph Omegas IMO. I'm sure the family connection makes it extra special.
Since I started this thread, I've actually picked up a second Omega, a 166.032 Sparkle Dial, cheap on LetGo for $300. I had to drive Highway 33 all the way to Frazier Park to pick it up. It's of similar vintage, but not as nice or interesting as yours.
It's out being serviced now (which will cost as much as or more than the watch cost). I'm not sure I love it though. For my own collection, I like watches with extra complications. The more buttons to press and do-dads to turn, the better, so it remains to be seen whether this one will keep my interest.

One of the Swiss in my stash.

Most of mine is Japanese (probably more than half) then Swiss.

Then sprinkling of German, Filipino, Chinese, French, British, American, Russian and Belgian.
