Hi all, I have a 7002-7039, and I'm exploring some strap and bracelet options with curved ends. All the ones I'm interested in - including the OEM jubilee bracelet , US curved-end waffle strap and StrapCode curved-end silicone - have separate versions for the SKX 007 / 009 vs the SKX 013 / 015. Does anyone know if either of these profiles matches the 7002-7039? Thank you!

I can tell you that the SKX 013 has a 20mm lug width and will not fit. The 007/009 are 22mm lug width but their case diameter is a bit larger and I don't think anything for an SKX will make a perfect fit. This solar pepsi diver of mine came on a SKX strapcode bracelet and it took quite a bit of time and material removal to get the end links to fit nicely.

lug width is 22mm for both but internet search shows 1.5mm difference in diameter, I only own a SKX 009 and have no 7002 to compare it to. For OEM hollow trim pieces it probs doesn't matter, but for milled SEL I think it will matter.

So I got out the calipers and the watches and did some measuring. Lug width 22mm, lug height 7mm. Spring bar holes same diameter, but not consistent in height from bottom of lug. The SKX009 & the black bezel 7002-7039 were both about 1.1mm from bottom, the Pepsi bezel 7002-7039 & the SKX007 were both at about 1.35mm from bottom.
This is what the .25mm difference looks like:

Here's what the difference looks like on the cases:

My conclusion is that the SKX00X & the 7002-7039 cases are identical and that other than how the bezel is attached/restricted is the same for the rest of the 7002's as well...In my experience you can swap bracelets/bands between them without any issues.

My comment on the difference between SKX and the 7002 was based on published specs of the diameter w/o crown, 7002 is published as 41mm and SKX is published at 42.5mm, my SKX measures 42.4mm, I do not have a 7002 to measure outer diameter w/o crown and the post above does not include that measurement. The difference if present will affect the curvature between the lugs and that will unlikely affect a hollow end link on a bracelet, but may very well affect a milled SEL.

Stainless Steel bracelets that fit on a SEIKO 6309 [slim turtle], Seiko 7548 quartz, and SKX [007/009] .... will fit the SEIKO 7002 ........ if u are considering a bracelet of good quality and respects specifications of an OEM Seiko bracelet but is on steroids ... u should check out UNCLE SEIKO and what he has to offer ...... I just bought his REDO of the seiko Z199 bracelet [ only all SOLID LINKS Jubilee bracelet made by Seiko ]

photo of my SKX 009J and SEIKO 7002 ... i can swap bracelets from one to the other watch with no issues

here is the LINK to his webpage : ...... Divers

Sorry I misunderstood. So I grabbed a 7002-7001, a 7002-7039, and an SKX007. The 7002's both measured 42.4 and the SKX007 measured 42.5. At 0.1mm, it was probably lack of skill/consistency in my measuring rather than an actual noticeable difference in the cases. Sorry for the confusion. Hope this is helpful.

.1mm is not any difference, if you google it reads that 7002 is a 41mm case, SKX 42.5mm, my bad sorry
