I don't see what is everyone's gripe about the size of the Sumo!

It's not that big. I've got a 7" wrist and I find it very comfortable to wear.

And, the 3rd Gen. (6R15) are exactly the same size as the 1st Gen. (6R35).

Chrono's (Rolex Oris, IWC) are usually on the larger side.

What make Seiko stand out in my mind, are the cases. Seiko's, for the most part (More so, Sumo's!)
have very well made, beautifully sculpted and ergonomic cases.

Arnie's are much larger and even that fits well on my 14 year old, 90 Lb. son's wrist.

Thanks for you feedback and opinions on the Sumo. My post I created regarding the Sumo was not to gripe about the size of the watch. I’m really interested in the Sumo and would like to possibly add one to my collection but want to know how it would fit on my 6.5” wrist. I’m trying to locate one here I can try on in person at a local jeweler.
Sorry about that...

My "gripe" rant was not necessarily directed at you.

It is a common "gripe" I have read countless of times in other threads/forums.

Get a used one to try it out, at first or, better yet, find a fellow forum member who is nearby and maybe you could meet up...??

IMO, the Sumo's are one of the most beautiful and well tailored watches (cases) out there, bar none!

🍀!
