I love the SKX173 dial but the current prices for the real thing are totally unacceptable.
Does anyone have a suggestion for an AM dial that looks presentable and glows decently through the night?

Asking for myself because I don't want to bring derision down upon a friend

3 months ago, I would have offered my old one but I put the old watch back together. It is over 15 years old and the lume glows the same now as it did when new. I can't see any difference in glow compared to recent Seiko watches I have. If you think of it that way, it is a great long term investment and averaged out over 20 years, isn't that much per year.
