Hello all,
I have a Citizen Blue Angel with a 651 movement. The hour hand needs to be reset since it moves around with a slight bump. My issue is stem removal to remove the movement.. I have searched the web at length, review a few videos that show the stem being removed by inserting a pin into the "push" hole and I can't duplicate their success. Before I start to take it apart to have a closer look, I wondered if any fine folks here have some advise?
Thanks in advance!

Don’t know the model, but some movements you need the stem all the way in to push the button, some pulled out one or two stops. You can usually see if you look down the hole and pull the stem.

Aloha dscottp1,

I have two of these here.

OK .... where it has the ..... PUSH ....ON THE MOVEMENT PLATE ....stamping ,
use a ..... Good Size Sewing Needle ...... and place it into that little Hole.

Very Gently you can move .....The Needle a little and it will contact
the ... Depression Mechanism ..... in there and gently remove the
..... Crown Stem.
It is very easy to do that if gently done. I never had to take the
.... Crown / Stem at any click at all to remove them on this model.

Because I have Aqualand C-Series and Other Models that require that the
.....PUSH Hole ..... is what needs to be done to .....Release these ....Crown/ Stems I made a Tool
to use for that.
I took a ... " Good Thickness Sewing Needle " and Glued it into a
..... Small Wood Dowel as a Handle " .... and that is what I use for all these.
( Hope This Helps )
