Greeting, first post after "monitoring this forum for a while.

I've been looking for a "good" quartz as an everyday watch and have an opportunity to get a good price on this SSC220P le Grande Men
Chronograph V172

I wanted to post a generic link for the watch info but can't. If you google SSC220P I'm sure you will find more info.

I've never had a rose gold watch before. Unfortunately I cant view this watch in person as it doesn't seem to be in stock anywhere. The rose looks more coppery (would not be happy if it was pinky) which I like but I am concerned that over time it will flake/fade.

Question for those with rose gold watches. What is your experience with the rose fading? Is their any information on how thick the plating is?

If anyone has seen this watch in person what are your thoughts? is it pink or coppery?

thanks.

I had a rose gold Stargate. I may be talking out of my bottom but it may be Ion coated? which is pretty durable. Personally if you like the look I would go for it bearing in mind that all coatings/platings will wear off eventually.
