Before spending any money on it - I'd be inclined to accurately measure the metal lip surrounding the crystal, in several places.
It looks like the crystal is badly damaged, probably when the bezel/rotating ring and spring were smashed off. If the mounting ring is bent - the new bezel may not stay on for long.
And yes, it does look like a spork.
I might be able to help. I replaced the entire case on my Spork because of limited bite on the crown screw-down. Consequently, IIRC, I have the case, bezel, and crystal. PM me if interested and then we can go off-line for the details.
Sounds like you are all settled, but for what it is worth, I was told by Seiko of New Jersey that the Seiko part number for the complete Spork bezel is 87060919. They have it available but only to "Jewelers", but [email protected] can also get them.
