Vintage Beacon Hill branded single crown compressor, c. 1968. Identical to the Glycine Combat compressor of the same period, it is assumed that Beacon Hill is either a trade name, or was the in-house brand of Beacon Hill Jewelers in Boston, MA. 34mm (excluding large original crosshatch crown) stainless case in good condition. Looks and wears larger due to thin bezel. Original military style dial in nice condition with great patina on markers. Some lume missing from hour hand. Scratch free crystal. Clean automatic 17 jewel ETA 2472 movement tested for 48 hours, and continues to keep good time. Non quick-set date. Crown a little stiff when winding and setting time. Needs new case gasket. Service history unknown. Cool, seldom seen compressor. Head only (would look great on a NATO). Sold as is.

Note: I am unable to remove the case back and don't want to force it. The inside is marked with the EPSA diving helmet logo and stamped 3-68. It is also stamped "Lifetime Watch Co.".

Sell for $229. shipped worldwide. Contact steve.oliverio(at) or PM if interested. SOLD
