SOLD: Vintage 1968 Bulova 666ft Snorkel Diver w/JB Champ Bracelet $475

Offered up for sale here is a sweet vintage 1968 Bulova 666ft Snorkel diver with black "Explorer" style dial. All original and in superb condition. Unpolished case measures 35.2mm wide not including the Bulova signed crown. Awesome 'ballerina' caseback logo is sharp. Bidirectional friction bezel works perfectly with just the right amount of friction. Original 'top hat' crystal with internal cyclops for the date is perfect, no chips, cracks or crazing. Black dial is excellent and original as are the dauphine hands. There is a light patina on the dial that can only be seen in the right light at certain angles. I was not able to capture it in pictures. Bulova caliber 11BLACD automatic movement was serviced 10/2013, and it currently runs great. It comes mounted on the correct JB Champion bracelet that fits fits my 7.25" wrist with two holes left to adjust larger on the deployant buckle. This is by far the nicest example of this model I have ever seen, and took me several years of searching to find one in this shape. Sad to see it go, but you all know the story....
