Seiko 7002-7020 "Transitional" 200m (upgraded from 150m) Diver with the rare BLUE dial
Per WUS Seiko 7002 Diver - A Collector's Buying Guide:

"There is a much less common variant of the 7002-7020/7029 which identical in every respect to the variant discussed above, except that it has a dark blue dial and chapter ring, instead of the more common black dial and chapter ring. The blue dialed variant was not reissued when the watch was re-made as the SKX171, thus making it one of the rarer and more sought after 7002s.'

All-original head (case, dial, hands, bezel, movement, etc.)
Unpolished case with finish/ milling tool lines still present
Pristine blue dial with polished silver, applied hour markers
All-metal, "starfish" shaped bezel is in very good condition with the recessed portions still bearing the original paint
Dial code is 7002- 702 R 2
Crystal has been lightly buffed
Serial: 46xxxx (June 1994)
Bezel rotates unidirectionally with strong clicks
17-jewel 7002 movement is clean and keeps very good time at +5 sec per day
