Up for sale or trade is my Seiko 6309/7C43 Hybrid.

This is a Seiko 6309 case and Seiko 7C43 dial, movement and case back.

This watch was modified via Michael Newby and Jack at IWW a year or so ago, so I was told via the previous seller.

The 6309 case is in excellent condition prior to being triple bead blasted. The 7C43 dial is unmarked. The case back also shows little wear with bead blasted finish and polished motif. A pair of Harold's Pilot hands were fitted and the hands and dial relumed at the same time in C3 luminova. They glow like a torch. A double domed sapphire with internal A/R coating was also fitted with all new Seiko crown, crystal and case back seals.

This watch functions perfectly. It keeps nigh on perfect time (as it has not lost a second in 6 months against the atomic clock), the crown screws down butter smooth with 2.5 full 360 degree turns and the bezel clicks in both directions perfectly with no play. This watch has also been pressure tested to 200m so it is ready to go diving if need be.

For all the perfectionists out there, the day and date wheels sit plumb in their windows and the second hand hits its minute markers!

Condition all round is excellent with little wear. There are some very light marks via strap changes on the backs of the lugs. The insert is also excellent as you can see via my photo's.

Complete with Seiko 22mm fat spring bars and a grey Maratac Zulu.

Priced at $395 due to the weak Pound against the US Dollar. The watch and me are located in the UK. SOLD.

A trade would have to be a Seiko Diver and I am interested in a 6306, 6309, SBDC007, SBDC001 Sumo, SBDC003 Sumo or Kinetic Direct Drive Diver in similar condition please. I can trade up, down or even and I have plenty of references.

Photo's were taken a week ago.
