Case back reads 6139-6005, dial reads 6139-6009. I have serviced the movement and cleaned the case. Although the autoweight is somewhat unattractive, the movement is in good condition and runs/times decently. This is a complete watch with Seiko bracelet. THIS WATCH NEEDS A NEW STEM...Seiko part no 357-611...stem was broken...gear and spring for the rotating inner bezel are present and work. Cas-Ker has these in stock...also a SCWF member here has them listed on eBay. The rotating bezel tension ring is missing...nice to have, but not "necessary".
