Sold 2 Bells overseas - now the 'fun' of o/hauling!

I've overhauled one and its going well.

The second was troublesome - the underdial work isn't the best - some rust to neutralise/kill etc.
The alarm setting was really stiff - going backwards the crown would unscrew!

I took everything off the plates, taking a bit of tension out of the alarm spring, lightly reaming out the setting wheels and scratch brushing them = its good now:D

The barrel arbor holes were slightly worn too but I have a satisfactory way of dealing with them:)

Anyway, the buyer will be happy and they were worth me doing $:)
