Just out of curiosity sakes......... has anyone ever put their Yellow dial Seiko SKXA35 on a Brown leather strap?
How does it look? Anyone perhaps with pics?

I think it looks pretty good. This is not strictly speaking an SKXA35...let's call it a 6309A35...

Even tho I am NOT a fan of contrast stitching.......... that one looks really sharp! Where did you source that strap from?

It's the current generation Hirsch Liberty. The older ones don't have a horizontal cross stitch at the lugs. This is actually a 24mm strap. They compress easily to fit a 22mm watch and the horizontal stitch completely takes the eye away from noticing any compression. The buckle is a replacement. 22mm brushed ARD buckle. Very heavy duty although the tang is larger than the one from the original Hirsch buckle and a different shape so the two holes that get used had to be enlarged a little with a leather punch.
