Seiko 6139-6005 service and parts question
Oh, and to answer your question, I live in Montana, USA !!!! There seem to be quite a few knowledgeable and passionate 6139 enthusiasts in the UK but finding one here in the states would be a lot easier to say the least !!!! Many thanks for any heads up for parts or service. (I see you are in the UK and help is help so please recommend anyone you know and trust !)
feca67-Well, I have the same question as stil. I have a 6139-6005 that I bought new in 1972, in the early 80's I lost the crown and a small piece of the lume came out of the minute hand. I am sure that by this time it could use a good service/lube and maybe a gasket set for good measure.
