I have to write a little post to highlight the absolutely superb service from Seiya Kobayashi i ordered and paid for a watch on Friday 22.6.20 on My wrist on 26.6.20. all the way from Japan now in these extremely difficult times that is utterly brilliant.Wonderful comms and info provided plus Seiya San is one of the most nicest Gents You could ever meet as luckily due to My Flying duties as a B-777 Pilot i have had the good fortune to share a coffee with Seiya San pre lockdown!

I ordered 2 packages from Japan in the last several weeks. Both took 3-4 days to be delivered to EU. Things actually get complicated once the package is on EU soil. I also sent several packages inside EU during the same period, and one delivery took 5 weeks for some 650km distance, but that doesn't come even close to the package I am expecting from the USA which has been going in circles for month and a half already.

Seiya really are impressive. I highly recommend them.
I also have been fortunate enough to purchase from Seiya San on two occasions.
As mentioned by the other forum members, I also cannot speak highly enough of the superb service that was provided. Seiya went out of their way to locate, and secure the Seiko models I was interested in. Postage was compromised, in my case due to the covid lockdown, but again, was sorted with the greatest care and generosity by Seiya.
I have to say, this is in stark contrast to my experience with Seiko Australia. I have nothing but dismay with the indifference, and lack of professionalism provided by their main flagship Boutique store recently. The process of attempting to procure a limited run Prospex piece has shied me away for ever. It appears that Seiko buyers are seen as something akin, to what gets stuck on the sole of your shoe.
Bravo Seiya!
