I have a Seiko Sumo watch and I was searching a rubber strap fir it. The shape of the case does not fit most rubber straps available without a big gap that looks ugly. I found the crafter blue straps a perfect candidate but it is expensive. I read a post from other member that used the endlinks of the bracelet to fit a common straight rubber strap cutting the edges, then I remembered my Oris small seconds diver and tried to fit the rubber band to my Sumo.

Once done, I bough a generic one that is cheaper. The Oris TT1 strap has 10/24mm at the ends so it was almost the perfect solution. No modification or cutting required. Here are some pictures that I want to share:

very cool idea and i would also love to find bands with the curved band ends too...
love the idea we can use the original end links too...God Bless,John
