Not exactly. If you mean a solar powered slide rule, seiko might have a few, but none that I have seen quite compare to the very unique styling of the Nighthawk (or it's ability to be dressed up or dressed down). Now, if you don't mind a kinetic or especially a regular quartz, then seiko has a number of slide rule chronographs that might be to your liking. Here is an example of one that has a passing resemblance to the nighhawk:



Not that I'm recommending it, but Invicta also has a line of watches that are visually almost carbon copies of the original nighthawk. They are not solar powered though, and the last time I saw them, they were selling fro close to what a Nighthawk sells.
