I can’t believe what I am reading!
Who cares whether the lume shines at night or not? The lume is 45 years old.

This watch is original and in very nice condition.
From what I can see in the pics, the lume has taken on the typical 6306 creamy patina.
Absolutely lovely.

Agree 100% . Do you think it's a 7K example?
I think it pretty much would have to be a full package with box and papers to get there

Yes, 7K is to top end of its price range.. but it’s gorgeous!
It is totally correct, the Water Resist has aged nicely, the creamy patina lume is lovely, and there’s even the remains of an original sticker on the case back! What’s not to like?

i would be seriously worried if there was any glow left on the 45 years old lume.
I don’t blame the seller for not trying to photograph any glow that might still be there.
That lume is lovely as it is.

It’s a peach!

believe or don't believe all you want, but I would not buy that watch if it was actually glowing like a torch under normal conditions ie place watch under a light and then bring it out to see it glowing better than any watch that age should. my point is that I'd want to see that it does NOT glow brightly. you've seen guy's restorations; he can make any dial look like it has "typical" creamy patina...=). if I was selling a watch at the top of the market, I'd do a handstand if a perspective buyer, who shows me the coin, wanted me to.

it's buy the "seller", not the watch - or has the mantra changed over the years? you may have a lot of experience, but others, like the OP, do not... hence his hesitation in spending 4 digits (with the first digit not being a 1, 2, or 3) on a watch. if you or ewand were selling a high value watch, I probably wouldn't worry about what your ad is saying for the most part, but if I don't know you, I expect every question I have to be answered...no matter how trivial.

many who come in here AFTER buying a watch with queries about their purchase are often scolded, or even berated, for not asking the questions, and a lot of them, PRIOR to making the purchase. I laud the OP for actually doing just that.
