Thanks for the review Harry. Very informative indeed. I have eight watches (mostly mid-60s to mid-70s Seikos) and my 1977 6309 gets the most wrist time by far. They just got it right with that one.

6306 Divers verses 7040/49 divers

I have a watch Harry Denmark Sir, examined by a prominate watchmaker ( 40 years plus );), but when I (Forum),about it I keep constantly get that there is no difference's of the two. The case's appear the same:confused:, yet the movements are not. To find 6306 movement parts seem to be ......... " A Awesome Task ". The dial's are different from what I know, so they are differences but 6309's dont Hack:D, and 6306's do :), right ? I know there is a kit, but the original 6306 is a hard item to find. 17 jewels are not 21 jewels or 23 jewels right ? But Seiko say there arent the same,so what on all this if I may ask about it to be on target.
But I have both I would say, so I am satisfied for now:cool:.
Thank you Sir for your writings and expertise shown;), it is very much appreciated.
