A guy I've sold a 6309-7040 to got me to put a 6105 dial and hands on it.
I got them from mountapu_merchant.
The hands have white lume and the dial has green.
I've seen a few 6105 photos on the net like this but most are either all green or all white.
Would the two tone look ok or a bit naff?:undecided:

(I haven't told him/shown it to him yet).

IMO it will look naff. i prefer to see matching lume.
Yobokies 6105 hands are green but they glow like reactor no 3 at Fukashima.
Mountapo dials (in my experience) hardly glow at all.
Six of one and half a dozen of the other.
Get the customer to make the decision.

The aftermarket Seiko dials do tend to have a green lume, which isn't that strong. And they almost never match the hands, to get it to match you need a complete relume.

But I would ask the buyer what he thinks because some people don't notice it as much as wis.
