My daughter has it since 2014. Great watch.
For a week now it is loosing 1-2 hours a day, and she also spotted through the transparent back that the oscillating weight is getting jammed sometimes. She then gives the watch a beat in the palm of her hand and looses the balance, until next time.
Please your advice: Where can the problem be? Shell I fix it at the nearest watchmaker, or just buy a new movement and exchange? She has sentimental feelings to this piece and does not want a new watch.
