Seiko 5 oscillating rotor stuck sometimes

Maybe the screw in the centre of the rotor which holds it in place is loose. This allows the rotor to spin off its plane so that it can bump into the watch case. This means that it does not wind up the main spring as much as it should so the watch will be stopping as it is not wound up.
It is a fairly simple job to remove the case back and tighten this screw but as always it is best to have the right tools so you don't scratch anything.
