I have a leaky Seiko 4205 that is in need of a drying out and at least some sort of waterproof fixing, not necessarily 150 meter but at least a pool swim. The watch is not a jewel so I'm looking for a relatively reasonable watchman that won't keep it for 6 months. Any suggestions?

Any suggestions where I should sent it to? I'm in Pennsylvannia and brought it to the only watch repair near me and he said he couldn't do it.
