Model: Seiko Marinemaster SBBN011 = DARTH TUNA
Movement: 7C46-0AA0 Water resistance: 1000m
Hey, Jay....

The SBBN011 - 7c46 quartz powered = DARTH TUNA
The SBDX011 - 8L35 auto powered = EMPEROR TUNA or DARTH EMPEROR (if I'm not mistaken, the first person to nickname it is my good friend Shannon Spence a.k.a. Spring Diver).

Hope that helps, bro. ;)
Thanks Gents! Just what I needed.
No prob.

By the way, the watch you see on my avatar is the SBBN011. 8)
Chris is SBDX011 the only Automatic Tuna for sale right now? MODIFIED- I typed model # incorrectly...
Yep...SBDX011 "Emperor Tuna" is the only automatic Tuna currently for sale. However, the new Field Masters 200m 6R15 are shrouded like Tunas w/ compass bezel insert.
Maybe Seiko will make a version with a diver insert ;D

Cheers
Shannon

I'm thinking "Tunamaster"! ;D

Maybe Seiko will make a version with a diver insert.

If they don't, we will! ::)

Shannon it's gonna be a touch decision for me on the next watch. Emperor Tuna is at the top of my list, however I'm craving a Grand Seiko. Been lusting over the SBGH001. Emperor Tunas movement is 8L35 and I have it in my newly aquired MM300... A Grand Seiko would give me the chance to own a movement above the 8L35... I dunno thinking out loud... The GS is not a Tuna though... Hmmm... Either way I have plenty of time to think. The next purchase is a tear or more away... Ha ha.
I meant year away, not, Tear away... LOL Same thing I guess. >:D

At 200m WR (and w/o even the diver designation), not much of a Tuna. :(

Yes a GS is not a tuna, but... ever consider this GS diver. ;)
This has become a new grail for me.
Dave.
