That was definitely an experience. The hallowed halls of the Riviera Country Club, site of numerous golf championships and movie shoots. 
Attendees there wearing watches with a greater value than my net worth. Wearing shoes three times as expensive as my car. Oh, yeah, pretty amazing.
Plenty of swag afterward, and so I scanned a few pages to share with you all. Now what am I going to do with all these books?

What was I wearing, you ask? Well, let's just say that the watch reps for Zenith and Panerai (young guys) each commented when they saw it... "Cool SEIKO, man!" (The Panerai rep had an incredible Panny dive watch that had me drooling.)

Tough duty, John, but someone had to show the Seiko flag. I hope the quality of the drinks and hor'dourves was commensurate with the setting.
