Trying to find a replacement band/bracelet for my Seiko 7009-8289 but it has a really small (10mm) spring bar and opening where it attaches to the case. Does anyone have a good recommendation on where I can get a band via mail? I'm currently serving overseas so I don't have access to a jewelry store.

ALSO, I can see by the serial number this watch was made on the 8th year of it's production decade. Does anyone happen to know what decade that might be? 60's ,70's, 80's?

What is the width at the case? Verify that it is 10 mm between the lugs. Post image please.

What is the width at the widest part of the first link (where it meets the case)? I may have a genuine Seiko sub recommendation for you. Also, are located in US or UK or other? Regards, BG
