I've regulated maybe a half dozen Seiko autos over the years. That regulator is VERY sensitive and it's terribly easy to overshoot your mark. In fact, I like to say that if you are able to see that the regulator moved when you touched it, you went too far. ;-)
I recently acquired an older Citizen digital.
It's supposed to have a chronograph function.
But I can't figure out how to activate it.
I found a YouTube video. But it has no instructions. The chronograph function is demonstrated at 1:36 mark of the following video:
