They used to be "watches-bay" on ebay. 
Google "watches-bay on ebay" and follow the first hit.
Bought two or three watches from them while under the older name, in the past.
They were OK. Typical singaporean grey market dealer operating out of ebay.
Don't know about present days operation, though...
