Hi guys, do citizen watches have fat spring bars the same as seikos???? Only asking as a work mate has a modern citizen that keeps popping the strap and he's asked me if I can do anything with it for him. I'm going to take my box of generic springbars in today to see if I can fit a longer one for him to see if that helps, cheers for any answers guys.

The Citizen diver i have has 20mm spring bar about 1.8-2.0mm body, but it comes with a sleeve tube to make it total 2.3-2.4mm.

The end tips are about 1.1mm. So in summary if the replacement is for a diver, the Seiko ones should fit.

Cheers buddy, he took it to a jeweller and it looks like they have out some real thin ones in, I'll get my vernier out to measure them up against mine.
