Its been a great and loyal companion of mine for well over 10 years in my trusted SKX007. However, there's a new movement in town going by the name of 4R36.

Bye bye 7S26, you served me well. My new 2nd generation Orange Monster is the new kid in town.

Hand winding and hackable (not necessary I hear you shout)... but there if I need it ;)

Accuracy is beyond my expectations. The 4R36 can be regulated overnight by positioning. Face up, a few seconds gained, crown up, a few seconds lost. During the day over 12 hours... no change!

So the 4R36 is what I have been waiting for all these years all packaged in a Monster watch!

It's a bitter sweet situation. I love my SKX007 but having to change the time because of the gains every couple of weeks was becoming a chore. It was either slow (so it would catch up) then it was too fast. There was only a small window of actually having the correct time.
