It looks like the Pulsar version of the Alba Manta Rays are gaining recognition (rightly so in my opinion).

One recently went for £155 on the bay and wasn't 100%.

Nice watches thought - similar in many ways to the Sami .

hey i have never seen one...what do they look like
that is very nice....
Clean....Nice touches on the crown area and drilled lugs..
They use pretty much the same parts ..case ,movement etc as the Alba manta rays. Unless you knew,if they had seiko on the dial they would be as sought after as the stainless sami,s.
Speaking of Alba Manta Rays (I always wanted a yellow dial) and Samurias and Sawtooths and all of the other watches that were hot when they first came out and hundreds of forumers (as well as I would guess a lot more to the general public) it is amazing how they all disappear after a year or 2 after release never to be seen again.

Where do they all end up?

I can see a car getting crashed or rusting out and crushed in a junkyard but where do watches go to die (besides the Philippines)?

I have often contemplated that very point.

I had an old watch (very desirable these days) that I simply chucked in the refuse bin when it stopped working but I would imagine there are many sought after pieces just lurking in drawers etc, cast aside by ignorant owners.
