Picked this 66 franken up in a joblot off the bay.

The movement is a 6602B and is running.
The dial is marked 6602-7180T and is good.
The hands suit the dial well.
The crystal is a high dome acrylic and is probably a replacement.
The case is chrome on brass or similar and is good apart from a scratch by the winder. It may be a 6602-8000
The back is from a 7006-8002.
The crown is interesting but I am not sure what it is from.
The plastic bezel is damaged and does not rotate (may be glued on)

Any help identifying the base model and parts would be appreciated, also would this bezel be original and what is the best way to remove it.

Is the case / bezel a 1970's "Swiss special" - as in one of many small production watches that had a Swiss (or French) movement and the case back would have been the diver with three little fish next to him?

Anything is possible but I presumed it was a Seiko case as the movement fits well.
I have just discovered that the bezel does rotate.
