i ordered mine through a local Citizen dealer in UK,after contacting Citizen direct,a very helpful parts chap at Citizen UK gave me the part no, and it took only 3 weeks and cost gbp 30!V good service indeed!
Are you referring to titanium bracelet or the rubber?
When I contacted Citizen UK , they would only sell if they fitted it and it was £96 approx! - more than I paid for the watch..

yeah i was talking about the rubber
Watches88 sells both the rubber and TI bands for the Orca ($55 and $129 respectively).
