I have a very nice Seiko 7548 that I want to get re-lumed. Who in your opinion does the best work? Preferably in the United States.

I second the vote for Jack. He's done about 10 watches for me over the years and they've all been outstanding - as a matter of fact he's got my 7548 right now for a re-lume!

I haven't seen Jack @ IWW in a while, he lives not far from me. Not only is he a great guy he is one heck of a restoration master. I have had both casework and relume performed by him and in all cases (excuse the pun) the work was exemplary.

bry is the ONLY guy I've ever seen where ALL the lume plots were perfectly shaped. everyone else's examples have always had at least one plot with a distinguishing mark that would bug the heck out of me when viewing the lume at night. I wish he wasn't retired, I'd send him a couple of h558s to do up for the kids.
