Manufactured back in 2003, these Hong Kong or Japan production TI divers were limited to 2003 pieces. Awhile back they were frequently discussed and pictured here (old scf and sctp) and traded, bought, and sold.

personally I could never get into them. the 5 logo on the dials and their relatively small dimensions made them not appeal to me. The fact that they were LE and priced accordingly didn't help either.

I just bought one I tracked down in Southern California. I think like a lot of Seikos, this one is a bargain. I'll post a wristie when it arrives. I'm stoked to get this one...

I still have mine. I wear it now and then. However mine is the stainless version. A good solid Seiko Diver.
