[Serpico2359]

Can someone enlighten me a bit on this brand and particular watch? I know it is part of the Citizen line. The watch appears very nice and has a nice complication too. It has a shark skin band and sapphire crystal glass. I'm wondering a value? The bezel might be gold of some sort. Please let me know anything you can about this watch.
