Spotted this under 'news' on the Seiko Japan website - if you scroll right down to the bottom of this page you can see the two new dive watches from Basel 2010 (interestingly, they come under Phoenix, not Prospex) and just above them are two new dress watches, also using the 8L35 movement.
At the top of the page, the large photograph shows a PVD(?) version of the dress model (which looks quite nice) and at the bottom right corner of this photo is a link to some more pics (and an interview in Japanese with the designers) of the Ltd edition (red minute hand) version of the new diver.... ;-)
